обновление - Забор можно строит в любом месте. Построенные здания и дороги мешать не будут.
upgrade - The fence can be built anywhere. The constructed buildings and roads will not interfere.

Thank you, I like how you've kept the road under the gate the same. Often gate or road crossings have a different layout or texture of road under the item.
