@Airborneguy makes no difference for DEI it would only matter if an other mod touch the world map graphical files.

EDIT: I figured it what is causing the crash: It was "Para Bellum - Effects Lite movie.pack" from the blood mod that tells you to drop that in the data folder. This is causing crashes. Removed it and all is good now

Ah, I didn't have the mod properly enabled. I didn't notice the Mod Manager option until just now. Figured I just needed to be subscribed.

Are the waters around Roma supposed to stay the same? I'm not seeing any graphical difference on the campaign map.

No other mods installed, and I have my graphics set to Extreme \m/

All the water looks identical, is there any way to change the water depending on the location, blend it somehow?.. northern waters are dark blue, but southern are light blue

Looks absolutely beautiful. Like people have said the rivers and lakes are still off but I understand the limitations of modding the latest Total War games. It's not so hard to just imagine that it's because it's fresh water going into salt water.
