It is unfortunate, Space Engineers doesn't tell you what mod is missing when something gets deleted off the workshop, just shows a red number. I've come to the conlusion that the mod missing is this one, but an older version.

Sounds to me like the mod didn't download properly. Do you see a chat message about the weapon framework regestering stuff? Also if you hit F11, do you see errors in that popup?
Any rough timeline on adding functionality such as shots in burst and projectile count? Just curious as I would love to put all my guns through the framework to make them even better!
