I cannot replicate this.
Delete the pack files from this and the parent mods in your data folder to force the game to replace them with current files. If that doesn't help, I'm not sure what else to suggest.

Updated to give Mixu's legendary lords bonus caps for appropriate units, in the same way that UCfA does for vanilla lords

Updated for new patch. No actual changes made.
