Yeah you can install it but you can't access it without an Index.

Why does the topic of this only being on the Index keep coming up? It's literally a workshop item for SteamVR. Even people who don't have a headset can install it.

Is the asset pack is avaible for non-index users and creators?

The environment loads, but mostly just a red wireframe with a few loaded assets.
I installed the Asset pack but this didn't fix it. Any idea what the heck is going on?
