Lol I figured out if you jump on the bed while the relaxation vault is falling, you can get ejected at max velocity towards the bottom of the map xD (I still love this map though.)

Maybe if I become a good map maker with Hammer someday, maybe I could help u finish it. If this was to happen, I would definitely give u full credit on the storyline. I'm not creative with storymaking, so it would depend on u thinking of how the story should continue. What do u think? :P I have a desire to continue cancelled franchises. It's like my personal career desire. I even wanna make a fan-made CGI show that continues the cancelled show "Blade: The Series", but I would need to master modelling with 3ds Max and making videos with Source Filmmaker first.

Yeah, no - it clearly doesn't work. The vcd files are included with the right path and everything, but just doesn't play. Sounds like you wasted a lot of time on the core as well.

Yes, I know about face poser and whatnot. The issue is that you cannot pack the scene files into the map, they require an external download, a little bit of setup, and a game restart. I actually had almost finished the 2nd map of this, but when it came to the core, it just didnt work. The core was going to be called "glitch" or the glitch because it was really broken, and I already had like a new eye and sphere texture and stuff for him too

It's a shame that you stopped working on this - looks impressive. I've been doing a hammer map with a core, and although you clearly went a lot more nuts with the map itself, I succeded in using Faceposer to animate and make the core talk. I'm still having issues getting the mp3's uploaded and play correctly from the workshop, but it should be possible. Let me know if you want some tips for the core, though.

Thanks, it's too bad that I stopped working on this, even I know that much. I just wasn't really ready to do an entire map pack in a style I have only just recently actually tried, plus I had more important projects to work on.

Honestly I started this project before I realized what a task it would be of making an actually underground and bts themed full map pack with dialog, without the ease of replacing content as you can in mods. I also had no clear story direction, and my efforts became directed to a more feasible project: my mod, Portal Combined Technologies.

Yea, I've kinda not been working on this map anymore, it became clear to me that animating a core from scratch without any scene files would be far too much of a hassle. I've been working on combined technologies, which I have gotten much further on and plan to go much further with, seeing as I actually have some good ideas for the mod, and actual progress made.
