There is an annoying bug that the mysterybox items will disappear when the box closes. If the item is picked up it will become a ghost item, which doesn't exist, but will keep its inventory slot until the end of your life. SImilar to the medkit bug in Hellgate.

Zombies are supposed to be tiny. I cannot reproduce the issue with missing textures, verify your install
