Need to be on the Pre-Aquatica branch

Believe this mod might be broken from the update on 9/18/2025. Kept causing server crashing on startup. Not sure if it actually is broken or not though

Any one known how hide the radial option? I have a lot of fliying options next to the hp icon

Is it possible to obtain an older version of this mod? Perhaps June 2020 version if there was one around that time. For Ark version 310.117 specifically

The question is removed, the problem was not in the ss-mod, after updating the game itself and the server to version 360.14 everything worked. Thank you!

It is working fine for us. Tested on 2025-08-20 on patch 360.13 on Island map in PVE multiplayer game. The clients have an issue similar to @andy-fox 's video where they cannot place SS or vanilla structures despite a green outline, but it is due to being too near a spawn / protected box we believe. The host it appears red there.

We started this save a couple weeks ago around patch 360.10 or so when it was working for everyone. Here is our modpack loaded in the order shown with SS first: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3544914722

None of us own any DLCs fwiw.

Has anyone a solution for the Problem?

Does this mod also have the multi tool to chibify other dinos?

@L30 @Cyne can you report your exact game version and what item could not be placed? I just tried on August 15th with latest version 360.12 and was able to place SS Wooden Foundation okay.

@Kosmopolites: Neither did I after I died. Pressing the N key and selecting a style did provide a new one.

Go to the Library, right-click on Ark Properties, select Betas, and if you're participating in the beta, select ASE; PRE-Aquatica.

And voilà, the usual Ark works again. (Even with mods)

Snail Games do some Shit and will not push the DevKit or other things that Modders can fix something.. this is not Good

I intend on updating the mod as soon as a new devkit is released with bug fixes and making it work again. But snail games said it will be "weeks" before a new devkit is out. So will probably be minimum 30-60 days before I can push a mod update.

With today's new patch for Aquatica map, it seems to be crashing my server with error "Invalid BufferCount=0 while reading ../../../ShooterGame/Content/Mods/1999447172/_Materials/GlassMIC.uasset. Pos=1701428298, Size=646734, PrecacheSize=2147483647, PrecacheOffset=1701428298"
Will this mod be updated? I see it hasn't been updated for awhile...

Cant simply copy paste the config from a google doc the way it is.. would prefer if it was like any other mod where it was just typed out on steam in a simple way to Ctrl+V - Ctrl+P it into the .ini
Having to look all over google to find the config files that are formatted in a way that can just be copy pasted..

If I load this and only this, the game crashes when trying to start in singleplayer. Same with Structures+

When did you last validate your files, reinstalled Ark, or completely wiped your mod folder and reinstall fresh copy of mods?

Try one of those if you can to see if it helps.

Snap points are all the way off! If I delete 1 wrong wall, it deletes a complete wall section, because the other walls didn't connect to the foundations underneath, instead they connected to the other walls. I used to love this mod, but building with it causes me so much mental pain, that I refuse to build with it, if I don't need to!
You even can't build a proper greenhouse with a sloped roof, because everything looks off!

i got crash 2 times with "unbreakable structures" mod. The item pull and search boxes duplicated and overlapped each other. When I try to pull an item, I get a crash

it would be nice if we had something like Dynamic Walls or half walls. it´s pretty much impossible to make a wall for the Cliff platform without it looking crooked cause the walls overlap with each other. when i place 2 walls i always have a tiny gap before it curves that is like half a wall wide so i have to place another wall there from the other side and it makes the wall look weird.

I installed this mod, everything was beautiful, I had made my house and disconnected, I arrive this morning to play again and everything has disappeared, everything that was done with the S structure mod!!!

For some reason, whenever I use the Construction tool, I can't see the UI on the side of the screen. I could see it before, but now I can't. Is this a common problem, or am I stupid?
