I get that its supposed to, and I quote "it disables widgets and helps remove some unwanted effects in game aswell as enabling multi core rendering / use"
Yet I already have multi core rendering active on start up and I am a piece of shit with quality, does this do anything else, besides optimize your game's quality?

@Joe maybe Karen's, possibaly Scott. No, it removes extra particle effects and any un needed rendering throughout any map you are playing on, specific to where you are standing.
