Would you know a way to resolve this? I believe it is a bug in the game, because it was not supposed to occur.
And I’ll give you a hint if it can’t be solved: use the tool to define the height of the sea. It solves (but it is for a while, until it dries again ...)

I love this map, man. Unfortunately those big lakes to the right dry up and I have to build channels to fill them back in :(
