Well this is just my opinion but I enjoyed just having one variation instead of multiple.

It's called pack because originally this was supposed to have the sweetheart grips,but we ended only releasing that privately
The old 1911 was removed from the workshop because this is the remake,there's no reason to use the old when you have one with better model and animations

Then it's even worse,you will not see many pictures of WW2 soldiers holding pistols with both hands,because at the time the handgun doctrine believed that you were more accurate if you used only one arm,because supposedly you could line up your whole arm with your eye instead of the sights,and shoot at where you looked,which,to be honest,is pretty accurate at close distances

I think dalittlea by "two handed" meant that it should be held with both hands and not akimbo'd.

First,officers were issued a pistol,not 2 pistols;though it guess they could borrow another one or use their personal handgun too.
Second,i'm pretty sure there are no reports or images of American soldiers using 2 pistols at the same time,it'd be pretty impractical to akimbo a gun that has nifty recoil
