This mod still works, just click your health bar on the top right of the screen to bring up the mod settings. I also moved the mod to the top, not sure if that did anything tho.

Hello! I enjoy using this mod in debug mod to see exact health values but run into the issue of it spamming the consoles with errors when I vanish the player.

If it wouldn't be much work. could you add a check to the code or something similar to see if the player is nil before performing tasks to avoid error messages?

UPDATE: Taikasauva killing only crashes when enemy HP number and/or enemy HP percentage is on. Only having enemy HP bar on does not cause it to crash, however it does cause the HP bar to drop in the world like a corpse, just as @Spunk Mayo found.

Sometimes crashes when Taikasauva holding wands are killed. Can't confirm or deny whether it happens when Taikasauva that don't have wands are killed.
Tested with Conjurer + this mod, conjurer was used to easily replicate the bug. Should happen in normal games as well, it's happened for me before when killing taikasauva, though that may require more testing as I had more mods active during the normal game.

For those saying it doesn't work, you have to click the health bar in the top right of the screen and enable the health bars you want to see.

Found a major bug:

When spawning "ghost" entities with Pheremone and a wand (specifically, and empty wand to spawn an unlimited amount of them), and killing the ghosts with a Tablet, their health bar will drop onto the ground, clogging up the world with "crystal", real health bars that get in the way.

Good mod but creates significant performance problem in a long run, have to restart every ~30 minutes to prevent unbearable laggy, until I disabled it

I think I figured why it wasn't working for me anymore. I had changed the internal render resolution in the config.xml in the %appdata% folder for Noita.

It still works for me,

i had to change the "HP_PLAYER_MODE" config to 0 in the config file:
Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\881100\1993023548\config.lua

The 881100 is for noita
The 1993023548 is for the mod (you can find what mod it is in the .txt
