But this method will cause Desync errors in multiplayer.
To uninstall the mod with this method, go to the Steam library, right-click on "Age of Empires II (2013)", choose "Properties", then verify integrity of game files in the Local Files tab.
One more thing : clicking on Standard Game after quitting a game with a modded data set will not load the modded data set in campaigns.
You can choose either Create scenario or Edit scenario to start the editor.

This is the 3x tech mod with infinite resources.
However the AI and you start with standard resources so you have to collect resources with villagers first.

Hope you enjoy the mod.
Once the game starts, press F10 or click on the upper-right button to go to the menu and click on "Quit current game", then "Yes", then "Ok".
You should be back to the title screen and you can now go to the single player campaign menu.
Make sure you're playing an original game campaign (Kings, Conquerors) and not a DLC campaign (Forgotten, African, Rajas) or else it won't work.
I don't know what is that "enable button". If the issue is still not solved, can you post a screenshot of it?
