does this only affect the player faction? cause when i played empire divided the roman factions look buffed either

Turned this mod on for the first time in years a few days ago. So far, I've had no problems. I don't know if it will help the others that are having issues, but I have it at the top of my load order.

is there anyway to JUST use the Money cheat instead of best armour etc, just want occasional money if I am really stuck!
