I think if you eliminate 100% Slave Discontent ,100% Happiness Penalties due to presence of Foreign Culture and 100 Non-Mercenary Upkeep Costs the mod are better.

Added: +4000% Growth Rate, +250% Tax Income, +75% Faster Leveling, +30 More Skillpoints and removed the Diplomatic Bonus
