I fixed it, I selected the den after it was placed and just moved it up a bit off the ground and the pathing allowed the wolves to enter. The hard shelter went to 100% too..

Looks awesome, I love it, After placing it however the wolves don't count the den as a hard shelter, and the heat map of the wolves walkable areas shows they can't enter the wolf den. I'm unsure how to fix it..
