nvm answered my own question, If you downloaded mod before update with riot fix, unistall then reinstall that does the trick:steamhappy:

Hey pophop do i need to uninstall then reinstall to get it to work?
I started it up and spawned a trooper, it had a weird red bubble type thing on its head and still no shield

do you know how to open the files of my mod? if you do follow the path resource>set>breed>single>star wars>Rep>Phase II>HazMat. then open up the file named hazmat_riot in notepad and tell me what you see
