Ok, problem was with Steam. For some reason Steam thought a file was locked (or maybe it was) and did not try downloading stuff again automatically or told me outside of bottom of downloads page where I needed to hit 'try again'. Just never had this before.

I have the same problem as Hyperion: Mod not showing in mod list ingame. Un- and resubscribing did not help. Not the only mod with this behavior though, some on the other hand DO show...

The mod works perfectly, no idea why some people claim it causes problems.

Hi Oppie, may I have your permission to post a mod based on this one, listing you as a co-author and referring back to this mod? I made some changes to the way that support pillars and beams are placed so that it works a little better with my "Grander Station" mod and I also edited the models and textures a bit. This screenshot [ https://i.imgur.com/7Jl79MM.jpg ] shows some of the changes: there are no support pillars or beams on the left because the station is there to hold up the roof, in the middle platform (which is doubled up) the support pillars are centred rather than off to one side, and the roof itself is copper green and glass.

Is there a solution (maybe in the construction file), to change the height of the roof? I think it is very high, when you build this over 6 or more tracks.

Yep, the station in my city has a roof like that. It was a very popular style around the 1800s when the station was built.

@user It is a roof not a station. It's just an add-on to the station, not a separate station in itself!

I have two questions:

How many platforms/tracks can be built with the station?
What lengths of station can be set ?

Will you make a matching station building? The vanilla buildings look out of scale with this roof.

At the moment, it leads to crashes.. When I have to add a track to it, the game crashes. Please fix it ;D

I love it so much and I waited for something like this since Tpf1!! Will you expand it, like your NL modular station? For example more wooden ones for the early era and with more glas for the modern era (something like the Berlin central station for example).
And is it possible to mod that the roof would cover an outer track too, like it is typical for german stations?

@GRBN2 Druk in het hoofdmenu op "Game Laden", dan zie je onderin de lijst met in dat spel geactiveerde mods. Rechtsboven van deze lijst is een klein plusje, klik hierop en je kunt mods aan het opgeslagen spel toevoegen en verwijderen.

This is fantastic, but is there any way you can provide some sort of entrance where there are stairs to avoid people walking through the wall? I see there's a gap where you have normal entrance buildings, I suppose that would work too, but even nicer I think would be a smaller sort of door for the stairs. I note that the NL stairs side entrance does make a normal gap in the wall, which is interesting.

@BrySkye - my solution after some investigation comes down to two methods:

1. Remove the Extended Station Configuration mod if you don't really need it.

2. Go through the above mod's Construction files (ending in .module) and change the categories back to the default ones where necessary. There are 50 files to cross check so it takes a while!

Once this is done, this mod, UK Generic Station Modules and the Modular Roof work properly, although I did put this into the Canopy category rather than Misc.

lekker dan! Ben ik net begonnen met een leuke map aan het maken komt er weer zo'n GEWELDIG WORKSHOP ITEM uit! Kan ik weer opnieuw beginnen of is er een optie dat de mods later nog toegevoegd kunnen worden???? Ik weet dat het bij TF1 wel kon maar bij TF2 zie ik het niet. Misschien over het hoofd? HOOR GRAAG EEN TIP! Bij voorbaat dank!

@BrySkye - Following some tweaking of mods with a savegame or two, I found that the issue we've experienced only appears when running this mod with UK Generic Station Modules AND the Advanced Station Configuration mod. The latter mod rewrites the tab categories, as stated in its description and this is what causes the display errors.

Oh, just to add, my only point is at the moment it goes right to the edge of the platform if there is no roof and track on the other side (or there is an entrance, etc) but if it meets another roof on a platform it goes down the middle. This creates slightly uneven shaped canopies where you have multiple roofs covering the platforms. It#s not a huge problem, it just offends my sense of aesthetics a bit
