Q. is there a way to make the same way u made this mod to get 100% or 1000% radius to discover new roads? looking at this mod u made a radius to oped gates from far away so i was thinking is possible to do the same for roads?

hmmm, from what you say Mr.AoKay, the devs changed the way the toll booth gates worked and they went into each and every toll booth gate to make this change. So I'm not a coder but I still doubt that they did that, why would they, it's more likely that they made some other change in a way that affected them all at once.

Is there a bit of code which deals with, not the individual toll booths, but the entire land area which contains all the toll booths. You know, the big section that lights up when you drive on just a tiny bit of it.

Anyway, thanks much for the work you do, this is all so very complex and difficult.

I hit those gates so many times it just wasn't funny anymore, so to see them open a lot sooner was a welcome change with this mod! FYI, I'm on the latest 1.44 beta.

still work fine on 1.42，even on most gates in PROMOD.only donnt work while the “gate” is as same as those ones in toll station.Good work anyway！

Spent the last 2 days looking into updating the mod to work with toll booths but unfortunately SCS has changed the way tollgates work. They used to work like gates where when you approach with in a certain distance it would open the gate but now they use triggers to open the tollgate so you have to been in the trigger zone before the tollgate opens. There is no way I have found to edit this triggers expect to edit the map itself which is not possible under this mod.

Any chance to upgrade this mod to Toll Booth? They with automated fee collection (in France/Italy)
Slowing down to 30MPH passing every one is annoing.

@LuckyDog Just uploaded the mod for ATS. Since I do not have the new ATS DLC's I cannot test the mod but it should be that same as in ETS2. Please test it for me and let me know if it works fine. Thank you for your support!!!

@ OscarS - to each his/her own if you don't like 'Quick Gates', don't use it. Also, you may want to sit for a sec....Nobody on this Earth cares whether you approve of this mod, or not

which gamer age group is this mod aimed at? 7 years old? am I close? ;D gates don't open fast, so a trucker naturally needs to slow down or stop and wait! what's next, hyper fast trains so that you don't need to wait too long at rail road stops?

Not working here, gate already open or non existent, n.b. i am driving in Russia with Rusmap so it may only work with vanilla game, gone back to my old mod "animated gates pt 1 & 2" by Schumi, although a little slow work perfectly everywhere, Malc.
