If a guy comes to you and say : "Hey, can you make a high poly version of this with higher resolution textures please, I want to use it for a swep.", you'd say you don't even care about being credited ? That now you know, as long as you are credited that's good ? Or that no one should touch you work ?

Dude, the AKU-12 would be a LOT shorter than this. FYI, the entire AK-12 family have folding stocks.

That's not an AK-12, that's an AKS-12 because, that's a folding/adjustable stock, that's the why of the "S" in "AKS", because "S" is from "Skladnoy" that means "Folding".
