Would it be overly difficult for you to make versions of some of the "commercial bases" as schools? It would play well in dense urban areas where schools are built into residential high rises - this is done in places like NY.

@PokerSmile all the props are optional and missing error messages are harmless. All of the props used are in the modern condo collection. If your computer is slowing down already then adding more props and assets will only make it worse.

Noise pollution in this game is kind of ridiculous. I’m not sure how you deal with it without using mods.

Any way to solve the noise issue, other than no-noise mod? I think the reseidents get sick all the time because of the noise coming from the base.

Another perfect example of a missing asset that was found
When I first loaded this asset then the game I received the following....
Small Juniper (missing)
I then exited the game and did a search for Small Juniper
Found it in pdelmo's assets
I download pdelmo's Small Juniper
I start the game again
This time the game loads with no Small Juniper missing message

Is there a small juniper tree (or more than one) on this asset?
I'm no modder so I have zero idea how any of that works I can only tell you what I find when downloading your content

I'm loving these buildings! However, suggestion for future mixed used buildings? Maybe Commercial/Office or Office/Residential? Just a thought. BUT! Amazing job!

I've subscribed your four assets "mix-use corner","120 degree mix use corner", "120 degree mix use corner 40m" and "mix use 89m", but when I trying to put the asset into my game, it just all happen to miss the bottom part of the building. The building looks like "float" on the air, do somebody know why? I am sure that I've also subscribed the required mod and required assets as well as RICO and Loading Screen Mod, but no matter how I tried, the bottom part of building still missed, so frustrating :( ......
