Hey Pabble2, I've created a modified version of this ship called the Kalahari, I posted it on Reddit a few days ago. Can I upload it? With credit of course.

I got the color schemes of the Tachi the red-orange shade the hex code is #401A11, dark shade of yellow-green is hex code #050505

@DraRex368 Hi. If you want to modify it and share that, go for it. As for the color scheme, I'm not sure what you mean. I didn't use a specific HEX code for making it, if you need the color its simple enough to copy it in game, and the game provides the color coding which is either in HEX or can be converted to it.

Hi i want to know 2 things:

1st is the color schemes in HEX

And 2 i want to reupload the blueprint whit a stairs instead of windows, and adding a landing gear (4 pistons and magnetic plates), adding its on Epstein Drive to it and adding MCRN Retractable PDC's

That has to be the easiest blueprint upload I've done... well, technically steam is easier to work with imo, but this time I didn't have to make a new ship to upload.

Ah. You'll probably find them if you look. Different takes on it, at least. There's a few that are more show accurate. I aimed more to create a good SE ship in the image of the Tachi.

I also edited the interior to add a secondary airlock towards the cargo bay, only taking up that negative space in the hull, compensating the extra weight with a few extra gyros. Works a treat, I also swapped in an epstein drive, for the fun of it. Absolutely love your work.

Yeh i get that, I replaced the front with heavy to make it more durable but it came at a serious dampening of thrust power. I'm going to toy around with it some more though to get a good balance, may just replace the tips and the overly exposed armour faces.

Some of the armor is heavy, but it is mostly light. You can definitely replace it with heavy armor though if you'd like. I prefer to build my ships lighter.

Would it make sense to replace some armour with heavy blocks? As i noticed the light armour broke up too quickly when I was testing it in some battles, there ended up just being gaping holes, and it being survival ready I think that it may need it to be a bit more sturdy

@Big Love Puddin. This version wasn't built with that in mind as much, but it is still capable of resisting planetary gravity with the main engines. It lands pretty much the same as it does in the show. I should have added some parachute blocks for emergencies though, at least just in case. Might make an alternate version for planetary landing.

Wow you have a near identical setup to my alterations of it @doom_to_you. One question though is how exactly do you land this on a planet, every time I try i end up toppling over or just smashing into the ground. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have swapped out the in-game weapons with MCRN point defense cannons, homing torpedoes, and a keel-mounted railgun. Other than that,small tweaks like filling the deck above the hanger with a toilet and an armory. (know when the protomolecule gets you? When you're at your most vulnerable - on the bog.) Handles well and like I said, Is beautiful.

Thanks @Big Love Puddin. I'm glad you like it. To be honest I'm so used to building vertical designs now that building horizontally seems strange and doesn't feel right.
