It's still not very detailed on a per-pack basis, for example for this pack (M2) it says "M2: Modular Interchanges Full Pack, containing the full set (excluding M1) of modules for building interchanges at most 4 lanes each way. "

But at least it gives a small idea of what each pack contains, and the full link does go into some detail about what the purpose of the project is and how it works. I am sure they will the Steam pages with more information in time - obviously English is not their first language, and this has come from a Japanese CS community.

请问有办法做出3车道道路分出2+2的匝道吗？我发现合集中的分合流都是车道数平衡的，能不能添加一些加减一车道的模块呢？这种用法在现实生活中比较多一点。非常感谢！

you're right, but it can connect to 2R & 2R4P, which it was designed for

The 4R=2R2R4P doesn't connect properly to the 2R2R4P. The former has a barrier while the latter has markings.
