@Mayor Rev: I'm looking forward to it. :) This effect has a certain Harry Potter vibe, I imagine it will look cool on Halloween taunts, esp moving emotes like the moving broomstick.

Interesting idea that hasn't been done before.
The only criticism I have is that in the demonstration video, the candles' flames do not align properly with the wicks, and the bottom of the flames tends to clip into the candle at times.
