@kev44: You can use the h4e No Vehicle Running Costs, on this way are only the Price higher the Running Costs are 0. A Balancing is already on my Todo and will come in the next year.

This increases the cost of the wagons, as again it looks like the devs have calculated cost based on top speed. Can you come up with an auto balance script mod to fix this?
