Yeah, it can take a while to update the Steam Workshop, but generally it's there within an hour... :)

For some reason it offers a download button, but it's purely a voting system for now - I *might* pop some extra logic into the game to allow none-vote-required downloading and sharing of levels, but ONLY as user levels :)

ie. If people want to see user levels included in the main leaderboard-enabled content in updates for the game, then they'll need to vote for their favourites! ;)
