This is still around and works [with a few bugs in it]
http://www.fracterra.com/wilbur.html I've imported png files to this and worked on them, and saved them via this, and imported them to TF2, and it works for me.

I would try to do that, but I'd need to find a program that will save an edited hieghtmap in whatever strange format TF2 accepts. Editing them together keeps causing TF2 to say "image is not greyscale" no matter what PNG format I try to save it in. It appears whatever format it is, is different form TF1 because heightmaps from that game wont load in TF2 either.

Being from Brooklyn, NY, this is an excellent recreation of NYC, and its surrounding area. Fantastic job:exclamationPointRed::voteyes:
