holy shit new update

nothing much changed. some slight frame data stuff on up smash and a new sprite that (imo) looks way better

also now meta knight fair. kinda forgot about him lol. no sprites and i gotta convert the files from .wav to .ogg for rivals to read it but hey its a new move and its there

sorry for the lack of updates, just kinda havent been touching it and being lazy. hope i soend more time on this in the future
