Yeah the NES port of SimCity was still in prototype so it has some bugs but for the most part it's playable
As from the ROM and music I was able to find it on the Wayback Machine (which has a suprising amount of info about the unreleased game), and there's gameplay videos on YouTube

Wow... I never knew there was an unreleased NES version of Sim City. It's hard to imagine a city building game with less graphics quality than the SNES version I grew up on. I may have to try to find a ROM for it somewhere just to check it out for shiggles.
