that would be cool if any tf2 valve character was in smash, because it would be cool if you could get a special code for getting the valve character, and then get this effect.

I feel like it needs to slightly change the colors to the TF2 logo in order to avoid getting C&D since Nintendo sure loves attacking their own fans.

At this point, you're teasing Nintendo to strike down on TF2. Also, it is waaaay too flashy. It's like a bunch of particle effects crammed into one. Just the light beams will do nicely. Maybe a little more movement as well. Basically just everything everyone else already said.

This would do well with a bit more movement (perhaps floating up and down or spinning in an wider arc, for example) or none at all, in my personal opinion.

It's quite big, and there's way too much going on. I count at least five different particle effects stuffed into this Unusual:
1) the huge opaque rainbow orb with the black bands over it (why?),
2) the multitude of golden sunbeams (or a sped-up Vivid Plasma effect?)
3) colour-changing flames,
4) the tiny "meteor" that orbits the orb, that looks similar to the 'Atomic' effect from Invasion Update,
5) sparkles

6) And on top of that, the whole combination is also circling!

Sometimes, less is more.

Imagine how much Ref a Unusual Plumber's Cap with This would cost
