- make a testworld just with the affected mod and one of the other mods as a mod conflict test, don't forget the mod requirements.
- (s) make a file integrety check for space engineers itself.
- (s) delete all modrelated data of the affected mods in the main and world specific storage folder and let it regenerate in case this got corruptet (findable under %appdata%\spaceengineers and %appdata%\spaceengineers\saves\yoursteamid64\yourworldname).
- (s) delete all modrelated data of the affected mods in the workshop folder and redownload it to neutralize eventually data corruption by modupdate (files are findable inside the workshop folder of the steam library folder in which you have installed space engineers).
i just did a test in a fresh world and didnt have probs with them improperly closing/opening and outgoing from that i would like to point you towards the "standard first aid list" to sort out the most common probs when something doesnt work as intended and if that doesnt help please join the weaponcore discord with an as good as possible explanation of what you are doing to trigger the problem, logs and an example world (a world with no more mods than absolutly neccessary to reproduce a problem and a premade situation for problem reproduction) so that it can be investigated.
as for you statement that weaponcore may be very old i can only say that its still getting updates and has changed ownership a few years back due to the original owner darkstar having taken a step down form se modding and thus ash like snow and bdcarillo have taken over to keep maintaining it and further its development if something comes up, last update of it is daten 07.10.2025 at 20:21 cest.
same way as on a moving grid:
have a cockpit type block to sit in, choose a target via the wc targeting system and then manually fire them.
why dont you directly write:
cant write in full sentence = doesnt use his brain to write stuff
outgoing from my informations and experience it works.
why do you ask?
I did all of that step by step still no luck only thing i can do is redownload the game and try it
then the only thing i can think of would be a case of file corruption on either mod or gameside.
-let steam check the gamefiles
-delete all modrelated files of the affectet mods from the workshop folder of the steam library in which you did install se and from the main and world specific storage folder (findeable under %appdata%\spaceengineers and %appdata%\spaceengineers\saves\yoursteamid64\yourworldname respectivly)
- resub mod for mod to the affectet mods to force a redownload and wait for each mod to be downloaded before resubbign to the next one and not interrupting the download in any way while having a downloadspeed between 1mb/s and 100mb/s to reduce the possibility of file corruption
i just turned it off still not showing up on the build menu
did you also check the world settigns if progression is active there? if it is active just set it to inactive, not every mod is set up to work with progression.
I only have the weapon core mod and this mod i did in fact cheack the progression tree and i see a slot on the side saying +MWI weapons but when i click on it nothing is on the progression tree cant find it anywhere on there yea there is only two mods i have on this new game
and i thought you did write about the launchers, might have helped to put into the post that you meant the flares
When will we get flares?!!
- Working on it so... when its ready, hopefully not far away :) Slightly sidetracked watching explosions
what do you mean its not in the mod yet and how are you supposed to do what?
everything i mentioned in my post towards you is already in the mod and some of it can even be seen inside the moddescription.
the launchignside/launchdirection should be clearly visible, but if not:
- look for the side that opens up
- the warhead points into the launch direction
- there are arrows on some blocks pointing into launch direction
are you using any progression system either vanilla or modded? if yes they might be locked behind it.
try if yo ucan find them while searching for them with theyre name, the names can you find in the moddescription.
if you did add the mod to your world and the blocksa of it arent showing up in your creative world then you have probably a case of file corruption or another mod blocking it, did you check for that?
