The creator that did the background npcs for lcs deleted the addon. I didn't get the chance to save the gma file to reupload it.

The Random SNPC will be more expanded in the new version, includes more random NPCs, and randomized NPC weapons.

I haven't played VCS since, 2008. But I do somewhat remember the Cholos and the Sharks. I want to play an emulator of VCS on PC someday.

I would love to do that. The creator that ported GTA LCS is working on doing VCS. I don't know when he will release it but I would def like to make a VJ conversion of the NPCs.

Alright, so the reason why I am ending support for this addon is simply the fact that the way i organized the files made it really difficult to update and add more stuff in the pack.

Is this end? No, I am reworking everything in this addon, from the ground up. I've started the rework 6 months ago and I didn't mentioned anything until now. That is also a reason why there hasn't been any updates to this for a year. I think everyone who is subscribed here is going to enjoy the brand new update.

I'm not delisting, removing or privatizing this addon. It will still stay up as history :). But when the addon is released, I would advise everyone to unsub from this one and on to the new one.

I would but i haven't played VCS in a long time, and I'm pretty sure the same person that did the LCS models are doing it for VCS as well. Well, the models.

ya ever thought of doing one of these but for vice city stories. Have some good gangs in there especially the cholos and vance gang

Are you the host of your Multiplayer server? If you the host, then it would be weird, as I never experienced this issue before.

If you're an admin for someone's server, they probably have tweaked the sound settings for VJBase SNPC's. I think an Admin rank would be able to alter the VJ Base options, but I would talk to the server owner before messing about on the VJ server settings.

when these guys are spawned in singeplayer they're fine, but in multiplayer they have no lines playing for me

No, they do not. You'll have them spawn them yourself. There is few addons that can automatically spawn NPCs. Zombie/NPC Invasion+, and Background NPCs, which will dynamically spawn NPCs.

Zombie/NPC Invasion+ will allow you to set what type of AI to spawn. Background NPCS automatically spawns around maps that have support for Background NPCS.

(You do not need both addons, this is just which addons you could use/prefer.)

I have Bikers in the todo list, just haven't been able do get work done on it. For Avenging Angels, I might add them to the roster. (Just need to find their voicelines)

are there any plans to add the Liberty City bikers and the Avenging Angels from LCS into this pack? would love to have em!
