No compatibility issues that I'm aware of. This only disables the Locomotion so any stat changes other mods would make should be entirely unaffected.

Testing is only way to be certain though

I believe Skeletal Swordsman and Spearman are the only units in game that have Locomotion sync. I believe there is some lore to that actually as tomb kings are souls brought back, while skeletal soldiers are animated undead.

You should be good to go with the tomb kings.
