Quick quesh, can you add the facepaint for the generic races, like the Southern Hive, Western Hive, and base game Shek?

I'm sorry if I'm stupid, but how do I get these warpaints for normal hivers and other races? I've seen screenshots of people with it but I can't seem to find it in any of the add ons
