The description never says they have custom weapons, and the screenshots clearly shows then with hl2 weapons

yes, what did you want me to do? create weapons just for them? change their ai? use some kind of base to make them smarter and have their own weapons? . reskins of combine soldiers and rebels are 90% of workshop's npcs, and no, my snpcs are not combine reskins, they just use the same animations, and they'll keep using them until someone makes/ports better animations

Lets just say I don't know someone makes a Bumblebee addon! The author in the description says it uses its own weapons like in the movies and the images show bumblebee use his arm cannon. You see it has a good amount of ratings so you sub to it! You play Gmod and are ready to play this addon! You spawn bumblebee and you get either

1. A reskin of a Combine Soldier,Elite or Metro Cop
Or
2. A reskin of a citizen that either: Stands still, Runs at the enemy by not attacking, or picks up a nearby weapon of the ground.

Your Snpcs are all of those (not to be mean)

now times that by 5, maybe 6 (the amount of models the vagos and families have in-game)

then i have to rig them, can take really long because each bodygroup needs to be rigged, convert every texture to a vtf and set it up, then i have to compile it and check for errors, add more bodygroups with different textures, then add normal maps, set up the lua files

no, its not a 1 hour thing, porting the models to blender alone can take hours
