Is the mod author abandoning this mod? when will we be getting a 1.5 update?

There's not much info on how this mod works and what it features. A friend and I played it and will continue to play. Here's a list of features included with this mod:

A. Gameplay Features

-NO PvP
-Trading globally
-You CAN'T play with your pawns on the same map as your friend; the map won't be synchronized (we tried caravaning to the same enemy village, but my friend's pawns never showed up from my perspective and vice versa).
-You can send a raid and other events, bought for gold, to your friend.

B. Limitations

You can't send your pawns to support a friend caravan-style. Sending a caravan only allows for trading.

C. Pros

-Compatible with many mods (we have 170+).
-Only the server admin needs to set up the mods.
-You can host the server without DLC; you don't need the DLC to play this "multiplayer" mod.

To get info on setting up a server, join the developer's Discord server.

Be careful when using this mod. I played a bit with my friend and had lots of fun but this mod wiped my entire configs folder. Even the backup folders I was so foolishly keeping inside \LocalLow too.

Have you considered making it so that we can see eachothers combat instances so that we can help eachother with PVE?

because open world creator decided to make his own mod after getting know this mod, so you should ask him. Zetrith take a completely different way, making a completely different mod. Coop for 2-6 friends with joint control and multiplayer for hundred with rivalry are different things

could you remove the requirement for DLC? why don't y'all work together with open world instead of making parallel competing mods? and wrap in with zetriths multiplayer? make one good all around mod
