I tried, but it still doesn't work. However, if starting in 1939, the leader of France is "Edouard Daladier," while from 1936 until 1939, the leader of France has consistently been "Léon Blum."

The current project for danish and swedish leader changes is interrupted because of the next DLC that concerns these countries. I'll have to rework recent changes for Finland and Norway. So, waiting it, I might work on other countries. I'll dive into the current wishlist.

One more. Constantin Parhon was the leader of the Presidium of Romania, not the general secretary, that would be Gheorghe Gheorghiu-Dej. It would be consistent with other communist leaders who were general secretaries of communist parties.
