This is my fav base mod, been waiting for something like this. I especially like the functional lamps. Only problem is they cast light at the bottom on the lamp base instead of at the top, getting good light on the floor beneath however. Besides that this is great. Well done, thank you!

Sorry I have been very busy since the whole covid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and I will be getting around to adding the pics and updating more in the future. We only have so many item slots so we do have to make them worth it, everyone in the modding community has to share for now. We can adjust and replace items as we go as well. Thanks for fashion. Because of the poorly described some not very popular. And it doesn 't seem to update.

Maud adds bar racks, a bath, kitchen tables, a fridge with a stove, adds a desktop, a computer with a bowl and keyboard, a TV, a washing machine and more.

We absolutely love this mod on our server! There are a few items which are mislabeled, leave collision when picked up until relog, can't be picked up once placed etc but WOW it's awesome! Thanks for this!
