It does work. I've used it for months every time I play this game. What confuses me is how the sorters don't have any conflict. Because technically the sorters are sending materials into each other... is this supposed to function this way? Or is it just a simple but amazing gap in the sorters function?

6 months later and a new version: Still works!

Thanks for putting these out there!

For those of you who doubt that it works but can't be bothered to test it for yourselves, here is the logic:

1. Sand from the bottom input crosses the bridge and then goes left/right/up.
2. Sand that enters the sand sorter goes up.
3. Sand that enters the lead sorter goes left/right.

Thus all four factories get sand. The reverse is true for lead.

Produced metaglass is available from any side of the factory. It's pretty ingenious, actually.

put sand input from sand sorter side and lead input from lead sorter and it works

nice and simple works great, just have to have power and make sure your inputs are not crossed.

No it doesnt since when the sorter is full and both sides are full the others dont go through it stops before the router, but since it cant use them (as it needs 2 items) it doesnt work.

So no it doesnt work it. (maybe in a previous update)

Btw i tested this ingame and can confirm it does NOT work.

This does have 2 inputs via the 2 sorters. Each sorter kicks one item forward and then the opposing sorter kicks them to the sides effectively feeding all 4. Also helps the bridges act as routers.
