I could reproduce the issue. The issue should be fixed now.

Oh yeah and of course you need the ULX addon(s) for this to work at all but theyre worth it anyway, there is no point in not using them

For anyone who is having the same problem as MadM with the pigeon duplicating itself in the (custom) shop for TTT2, just hit F1 to go into the ULX menu. Note that only the server owner is able to do this.

1. Click on "Edit Equipment"
2. Search for "Homing Pigeon"
There will be 2 entries for respectively 2 different items, one which cannot be bought by default (the broken one) and a second one which is buyable (the fixed item that actually works)
3. Click on the first entry, "can be bought" should be disabled. Enable that option and then disable it again

In case you still work on this addon here is how to reproduce the issue:
Install the addon, launch into a multiplayer TTT server and buy/use the item. Then quit the server and start it up again, There will now be 2 different pigeons in the shop, one is broken while the other one still works.

I couldn't reproduce this issue but I applied a possible fix.
Please report back if it is still not fixed (with more information on how to reproduce this issue) or if you notice any other types of issues.

Getting this error sometimes, seemingly random

This bug shouldn't appear. Maybe there is a conflicting addon which creates this issue? There shouldn't be two pigeons. Could you send your collection? Do you have any addons directly installed on the server?

For me it is still bugged. The first time hosting a server with this addon everything was fine. the model didnt stay stuck in your face, throwing the pigeont wouldnt turn your guns/hands partly or completely invisible and it didnt transform into a grenade that stays stuck in your hand if you tried to throw it. BUT after hosting the server a second time all those problems came back. i use the TTT2 platform and the custom shop organizer. The second time hosting the pigeon addon made a clone of itself in the shop customizer and i think this is what causes the bugs. when there are more than one pigeon in the game it glitches all over the place. pls fix :(
