and scout gets octopus feet so why can't we have pupper engie

& i noticed that it was not on there i know the pug mug is in the game and i own one but the Pardner's Paws were not in the game so i was wondering if you can put the Pardner's Paws in Mods.tf that would be amazing thanks Muhai
