Not only does it NOT look like heavy, it messes with team recognition, not mention it aggregise paint regions. So it's a no for me.

I really, REALLY want this entire set to get in, or atleast the body armour. Right now for Heavy we only really have the War Head, Immobile Suit and Die Regime Panzerung for armour. Valve better not just put in the helmet like they did with the Brass Bucket.
