@PEZ Mega Man has been discontinued for awhile, and seeing that it's been 2 years since the last major update, I feel hard-pressed to imagine anything new coming for him.

a few gripes: bair is too fast, fairs hitbox is a bit too big, jabs hitbox is a bit too small, and neutral special 2( the axe one) needs more endlag or cooldown, and nair needs a multihit matching the animation since there are only 2 hitboxes. other than that its looking great!

That'd be way too much to put all at once, instead it's a selection of 5 weapons (including the already existing Mega Buster). I also never bothered to do a menu system exactly like Shovel Knight's so instead it's like a line-up system.
So you have a table of the weapons, press taunt to move to the next one. It's also instantaneous too so it's not hard to do it multiple times to switch to the weapon you want. This also could help keep Mega Man in check so that certain tools aren't just easily accessible to him.

@Shmepppppp It's technically got the groundwork for currently, the taunt functions as the copy weapon change. In a way it's a lot like Shovel Knight's mechanic. Thankfully this is getting implemented next update so you'll get a clear idea of how it'll work.

@MrTrap Neutral Special has already been confirmed to be getting a huge overhaul as I gotta implement the copy abilities as well as a charge buster. The neutral special at all was a last minute decision I made to have more of the character idea presentable before ironing out changes.

I love the idea you are going for, so far it's great.
But some things are insane. His Wavedashes and Air Mobility are so fast. His short hop can lead to really obnoxious aerial spamming, but My main itch is just his speed. He's so fast compared to every game he's stared in, it feels like speed gear but without the slow down and no overheating. Using his air mobility and wavelanding off of platforms he floats through the air like a feather through the wind. especially when in comparison to him on the ground, he's a reasonable speed on the ground but the second you jump he's off to the races, it literally feels like the wind takes him away. Now don't get me wrong, I love Megaman, and his speed is fun. But just looking at it I can tell people will be annoyed to catch him.

@Flowslikepixelz Tbh I probably gotta buff the FSmash because at a certain percent it stops taking knockback. I can nerf the damage though.

This version of Megaman is one of the most mobile iterations of the character I've ever seen. It's damn fun, not gonna lie.

I would, however, suggest nerfing fsmash a little.

@Shmepppppp It's going to be a chargeable Mega Buster soon anyways so I wouldn't bet on this feature. I was originally going to have the Buster be Neutral and Side to simulate some of Smash but decided against it anyways as I feel like it would've made the Buster too potent.

Pretty good so far. However, is there a way for you to make the N-Special rapidfire if you hold the button down and be able to move while doing this? (kind of like how it is as a N-Attack and F-Tilt in Smash)
