@ErwinsArm Your opponent has to be at a certain % based on their weight. The Hud tells you when the move will activate.

Plague Gimmick added:
Each time you hit an opponent they get a layer of plague, and their timer goes back to 0.
[Timer] Every 20 frames 1 layer is removed
[Layer] Each layer adds 1 damage to all of Rat's move except for NSPECIAL
[Multiplayer] Rat's can stack their plague on to an opponent.
[Opponent Parry] Removes all Plague from that opponent.
