it's not the best for sure but i don't do animation, i try to port on already made animation from the workshop.
Finding a good holding weapon animation that fit a new gun is not always easy.

Honest opinion: I don't like the reload animation where you tear off the pumping handle. Would have made more sense if the pump was pulled back, opening the chamber, from where creativity can take over.

Still, DOOM Eternal is coming, the shown "Auto-shot" (dunno the name of the weapon mod) will make better Autoshotgun model replacement.

On the original game model the specular is used to make the metal part shine a bit , but i tried ALOT to make it shine and this is the only workaround i found so far, i'm interested in any fix .
