i'm glad the mod was made and published in the first place, thanks for the love and consideration for one of dst's arguably weakest characters, my friend really enjoyed it! :)
Too bad it was abandoned, it was a great mod.
And until recently it still worked.
Unless someone makes their own working version or I make another mod involving Woodie and decide to revisit the idea of transforming without idols, I don't think you'll be seeing this in working shape again. Sorry.
This mod seems to be broken with the last update.
Would it be possible to complete?
Just by creating a world, it closes the game immediately...

Change penalty for transforming so that this is actually balanced
Make the display vanish for dead players and lower it for players in a were-form
Make the display actually look pretty and change to fit the selected were-form
