Hey, when you update this, in order to ensure compatibility with other mods that add countries, can you put just the new tags + localisations into new files. (such as countries_memel_l_english.yml and 00_memel_countries.txt)

Memel had a very large German population and 80% of the parliament was comprised of pro-German parties. In 1935 the unified German parties received 81.7% of the vote, rising to 87.2% by 1938. Before German annexation, Memel was 45% of German ethnicity.
