Now, if just one of them were removed, then I could work with that. The problem is, unlike most OP characters that have both of these, I didn't do them on a basis of "his character would have them"; I did it on a basis of "This race would have them." I was trying to be true to the Avali canon, where Avalon has a lower light level (night vision) and is so cold that the Avali had to evolve using a different body solvent (cold immunity). Something that I could do to nerf him would be to remove his speed buff, and maybe also remove his sanity resistance to certain beast enemies.

If I removed the night vision and cold immunity, this would be a hard character because in pretty much all other ways they are inferior to vanilla character. Lower caps for the three stats, summer vulnerability, constant stress drain (which may or may not be a bad thing but generally is bad early on), etc.

this looks pretty overpowered honestly just saying, I'd say remove the nightvision and cold immunity because those just make night and winter something you can ignore which completly removes a big aspect of the challenge

Beautiful, unicorned, and take my points'd~ I have never seen an Avali mod outside of the Starbound one that is this well crafted. I can tell it's a labor of love, and can't wait to start playing with it~ As I literally just bought the game because I found out about this mod~

I really wanted a Avali race in Don’t starve together
I have played this character from next Autumn and i did enjoyed it a lot
also this character very lore friendly I did almost died when am cooking food all the time
so yeah if you got base Crockpots are must have, I also understand constant sanity Drain
because Avali's Normaly Lives in Packs, now you as alone survivor … first thing i did in winter was
hunting down MacTusk for Tam o' Shanter, Spring i had time to collect more stuff and build my base and summer only way i could survive was going to underground’s , i must say I have a lot of fun with this character and I may continue to play it

i just LOVE this charakter!! beautiful design and pretty good balanced attributes and abilitys
