So there was a problem with the parameters of the new puppet file, in that the "Expected Damage Inflictor" setting couldn't be reliably set to use the "UpgradedRocketman" file. So while the enemy class was recognized as a "Headman," the inflictor requires that a preset enemy name be identified for enemies of that type to not damage each other. As such, the upgraded rocketeers were capable of inflicting damage to each other, as well as other headman classes (kamikazes, firecrackers, bombers, etc.).
The resource has been updated by changing the puppet and character behavior titles back to "Rocketman" and updating the projectile damage inflictors. As such, the puppet and character behavior files have been relocated to a subfolder to prevent them from replacing the original files.
