I don't do animation sadly, and if possible i try to match speed animation to default weapon to avoid problem on realism game.

This is cool but just a quick suggestion for animations though. Why not have the characters 'brace' their off-hand atop the gun? Then you can do a reloading loop that's more of a smooth sliding action as opposed to that painful looking claw-grip. Might even bring the animation's speed up to match the original.
